Shipping policy

We currently deliver to the following GCC countries:United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman.All orders are shipped from our facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Free Shipping

  • UAE: Free shipping on all orders over AED 200. Exclusions may apply to promotions, sales, and product bundles.

  • GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman): Free standard shipping on orders over AED 1,000. Exclusions may apply to promotions, sales, and product bundles.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday), will be processed on Monday.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or on public holidays.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing and delivery may be delayed. We’ll notify you via email or phone in case of significant delays.

Delivery Times

United Arab Emirates

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM: Delivered next day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM: Delivered in 2 business days.

GCC Countries (Saudi Arabic, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar & Oman)

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 10–12 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery in 2–3 business days. The express shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

Note: Occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

HYPERICE.AE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
